Yes the market exists and it works - but there's already few thousand BTC worth sell orders in front of you for 1 sat price and while 1 sat is minimal price - it obviously means that there's no buy orders - so you can't sell for BTC directly. Go to RUR market (DICE/RUR pair) for real value.
