okika: Keynlzeo, Sure. Go to your settings here on Yobit. Uncheck the Telegram comfirmation box. If it is unchecked, check it and then uncheck it (me myself could solve in this way). When you're done, you can withdraw without Telegram confirmation.

Keynlzeo L0: Strange... already unchecked but it tells me to "check telegram and confirm" but ive never used telegram for this exchange....

okika: Keynlzeo, as I wrote, if you find this unchecked, you have to check, then uncheck it. Mine was unchecked too but asked for TG conf. so I tried to check, then after couple minutes uncheck it and it worked.
